Handeni is one of the dry regions highly affected by climate change, deforestation, and environmental degradation. Through our tree planting and forest restoration program in schools and local communities, we have successfully planted more than 20,000 trees across 10 schools and 12 villages.This initiative has helped increase environmental awareness among students and communities, improve local ecosystems, and promote long-term sustainability in vulnerable areas. Every tree planted represents hope for a greener and healthier future.With continued support from donors and partners, we aim to expand this impact by reaching more schools, villages, and communities in need. Together, we can restore nature, fight climate change, and create lasting environmental change for future generations.
